Daily boarding charges start when your pet checks in even if you check in between 3:00 - 5:00pm you will be charged for that day. Weekday check out BEFORE 12:00 (noon) is NO charge for that day. If you check out AFTER 12:00 (noon) then you WILL BE charged for another days board. Sunday is a FULL days charge. All customers are required to pay for boarding time reserved on their reservation check in sheet that you sign at check-in. So if you return early you WILL still be charged for the days that you reserved at check-in.

The Pet Hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel in less than 48 hours your reservation dates a one days boarding fee will be billed to you.

All customers are to pay for boarding at check in time. We ONLY accept cash, personal checks, or travel checks only. We do NOT take credit cards or ATM cards. There is a $ 25.00 charge for all returned checks. All boarding charges must be paid before a pet will be released.No exceptions will be made.

All pets MUST be flea free and clean when they check-in. If your pet needs a bath we will bathe your pet and add bathing charges to your bill.

All pets that stay at The Pet Hotel must be friendly and get along well with people and not mind being petted and played with. We spend a lot of time with the pets that are with us and handle them a lot with play-time so it is a must that they like to be with people. They don't need to get along with other pets because they will not be with other pets while they stay at The Pet Hotel. Only pets from the same family will stay together and have play-time together. It only takes a second for a bite or dog fight to happen. Your pet could have a serious injury if a fight was to happen. Even pets that get along with each other have a "spat" now and then.

Here at The Pet Hotel it is our policy that your pet be in a safe, secure, clean, happy environment. We have taken all necessary precautions with a 24 hour caretaker on the premises, monitored 24 hours a day for a fire, and alarm system for your pets safety.

The Pet Hotel is also heated and air conditioned for your pets comfort.
