Pet Hotel Policies
Daily boarding charges start when your pet checks in even if you check in between 3:00 - 5:00pm you will be charged for that day. Weekday check-out BEFORE 12:00 (noon) is NO charge for that day. If you check-out AFTER 12:00 (noon) then you WILL BE charged for another days board. Sunday is FULL days charge. All customers are required to pay for boarding time reserved on their reservation check in sheet that you sign at check-in. If you return early you WILL be charged for the days you reserved at check-in.
THE PET HOTEL HAS A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU CANCEL IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS FROM YOUR RESERVATION DATES A ONE DAY BOARDING FEE WILL BE BILLED TO YOU.
We ONLY accept cash, personal checks, or travelers checks. We DO NOT accept credit cards or ATM/DEBIT cards. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. All boarding must be paid before a pet will be released. NO exceptions will be made
All pets that stay at The Pet Hotel must be friendly and get along well with people and not mind being petted and played with. We spend a lot of time with the pets that are with us and handle them a lot with playtime so it is a must that they like to be with people. They don't need to get along with other pets because they will not be with other pets while they stay at The Pet Hotel. Only pets from the same family will stay together and have play time together. It only takes a second for a bite or a dog fight to happen. Your pet could have a serious injury if a fight was to happen. Even pets that get along with each other have a "spat" now and then.
