How to make reservations and our new

Covid-19 Protocols   

I have below added the information on how to make reservations and the days and times we have staff to check

in and check out.  Not all staff does check in and out.  You will pay for your pets stay via Square and you will receive an invoice and just pay it online from Square before you check out.  Square will let me know that your invoice has been paid. Once I receive your reservation check in you will receive a confirmation email.  All check ins and out are done by appointment only.  If you have any questions please let me know. 


So we are able to be open but just in a different way than we were before the Covid-19. Here is the information on how to make reservations days and times we are open to check in and out is all done by appointment at this time as the Pet Hotel Lobby is closed to customers for their safety and safety of our staff.  So you will fill out online the reservation check in form email back to the pet hotel with you check in and check out dates and times from the hours that we have available for appointments.  We will do a Sunday check in & check out but only in the morning time from 9:30 to 12:00 (noon).  We only have certain staff that are doing check in and check out.

Because of the Covid-19 we have to do things a little different for check in and check out. All paperwork will be done online from the reservation check in to payment for your pets stay you will pay before checkout online with Square you will receive an invoice via email and you will pay on line with Square.

The Pet Hotel Lobby is closed because of the Covid-19.  We are doing all the paperwork and payment for stay on line.  I have attached the paper work for reservation check in to this email and also the instructions on how to check in & out. We are open by appointment only:

Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 11:30 am & 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm for check in and out only.  If you need a Sunday check in or out we have 9:30 to 12:00 (Noon) available ONLY. Or if you check out on Monday am it is the same charge as if you checked out on Sunday evening.

Please send the reservation check in form back to the Pet Hotel as you may fill it out on line as soon as possible so I may book the reservation time you need for check in and check out.  If we need updates on vaccinations for our records just email the information and I will update your pets file with us.

You will pick a time that works for you to check in &  out and we will have staff available for you . Our staff will be masked and gloved for your safety and there's and we also ask that customers are masked also. Everything is the same at the pet hotel, just the lobby is closed.  Same staff, daily routine and care. We are letting customer's know that we will only allow them to bring into the pet hotel their own diet in plastic baggies, treats, & medications.  We have everything your pet needs to stay with us, bedding, play time toys, bowls our house diet Lamb/rice, Chicken/rice and Salmon.  I have attached the reservation check form and instructions also on how to check in and out.  If you still need your reservations please fill out the form as soon as possible and send it back to the pet hotel.  If you need to cancel no worries we are doing day by day at the Pet Hotel because everything is changing daily.
